What is ‘The system’
There are many ways of describing the system. For many people, the system is about policies and procedures or processes that are to be followed. Systems are also made up of people, mindsets, and cultures. These are less visible but can influence or be influenced by the policies and procedures. We asked some of our members what ‘the system’ made them think of:
- Little brown envelopes
- Interconnectedness
- How much free will do we have?
- Restraint- taking away freedom of choice
So, in the end what is the system? It’s different to different people and we want to value, understand and highlight all of these views.
